Thank you for your interest in becoming an agent in connection with the Villa Roma Project EB5 program.

By submitting the "Become an Agent" registration form, you acknowledge and agree that:

No Appointment / No Authority: Your registration is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute an appointment, authorization, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship of any kind.
No Commission / No Fees: No commission, referral fee, or other compensation is earned or payable as a result of submitting this registration. Any compensation arrangement must be set out in a separate written Agent Agreement.
Screening / Discretion: We may accept, reject, or discontinue discussions with any applicant at any time, in our sole discretion.
Accuracy of Information: You confirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Confidentiality: Any materials you may receive are confidential and may be used only for the limited purpose of evaluating a potential agent relationship.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

AGENT NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agent Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the applicant (the “Recipient”) in favor of Fay Villa Roma Phase 1 Development, LP and its affiliates.

1. Confidential Information: Recipient understands that they will receive access to sensitive project materials, financial data, and legal documents (collectively, “Confidential Information”) solely for the purpose of evaluating the project for prospective investors.

2. Non-Disclosure: Recipient agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose, reproduce, or distribute it to any third party without prior written consent.

3. No Warranty: All materials are provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.

4. Term: This agreement remains in effect for three (3) years from the date of submission or until the information becomes public.

Recipient intends that the digital acceptance of this agreement constitutes a legal and binding electronic signature.
